Haruna Salisu, known by his stage name Chizo, is a Nigerian artist who entered the entertainment industry as an actor before transitioning to music. He initially gained popularity after collaborating with Kannywood star Adam A Zango on the hit song “Sarka Zancen Banza.” Due to the insurgency in northern Nigeria, Chizo Germany migrated to several countries including Niger Republic, Libya, and Italy, before finally settling in Germany.

Throughout his career, he has produced many songs in collaboration with his friend Bello Sisqo, such as “Aisha,” “Ifeoma,” “Jarum,” and “Abin.” Despite the challenges he has faced, Chizo has managed to continue producing music and has garnered a strong following in the Nigerian music industry. He is now part of the Gason Kanson project, a collaborative effort between various artists from different African countries.
